The Associated Press has an interesting article. An appeals court overturned the conviction of former Qwest Communications International Inc. CEO Joseph Nacchio on Monday, sending the case back to be retried in district court.

Anyway, I look forward to suggestions from anyone on this topic.

Yesterday's dinner
Yesterday's dinner was with K. at Empire Pagoda, a new Chinese restaurant in my neighborhood. We had to wait for 10 minutes before we could get a table. I had my reservations because I don't crave Chinese food. I was told it has some of the best Chinese food in town. Their dishes have 'cute' names - which really is quite tiresome.
I immediately spotted ma po dofu on the menu and ordered it. We will definitely go there again.
